In my Health & Physical Education class, we had an assignment where we read the ParticipACTION 2015 Report Card and wrote 2 newsletters to parents about the importance of physical activity in their children's lives.
The topics of choice for my newsletters were The Importance of DPA, and the Importance of Risky Outdoor Play. We also had to create a take home activity for parents to do with their children to enforce what the newsletters are saying!
